Siphon - aka vacuum brewer.
Makes 10 oz (2 cup) 15 oz (3 cup) or
20 oz (5 cup). Includes
alcohol warmer for liquid
burning alcohol & extra filter.
The heat pushes water from bottom
glass to top where ground coffee is
added and stirred. After an infusion
time of about 2 to 3 minutes, the heat
is removed and the coffee is drawn
back to the bottom glass. Top
glass can be removed and coffee is
poured from bottom glass into the cup.
